Looking for someone that can "ACTUALLY HELP" find Financing

I have been in the newspaper industry for over 25 years in all aspects of the operations. After being laid off during a newspaper cutback session I decided to start, what I believe are much needed niche products. I have one publication that has been in operation for about 5 months. From the moment started it has had a tremendous following, however I spent more efforts developing the product and not enough time cultivating sales. I also have 2 other publications that have great potential. I have very well detailed and informative business plans and 1, 3, and 5 year budgets. I plan to start these new products within the next 4 to 8 weeks. I am searching for financial backing of any kind, the first months of operation I funded 100% of but cannot continue, this has also caused my personal finance and credit to become a shambles. The operation is sound and the budget and business plans have each growing across the country over the next several years. The financial goal is to gain $125,000 to $200,000 for the needed growth and to allow the operations to become successful. People believe newspapers are on the decline these products are desined to "buck the trend". The business plans will allow a return to investor of 30% after 4 years or a quarterly return beginning after 18 months. All of this can be discussed further by calling or emailing.
