I am looking for a silent partner/ investor to help start up a coffee cafe business.i have found a perfect location for a specialy coffee cafe on long island, new york.the location is unbelievable and there is little to no competition in the area.i am willing to give full details to serious inquiries only.

How in the world would you consider a business in one of the industries most affected by a recession to be "recession proof" (in your exact words)? The first thing many people cut from their day is their $2-5 coffee.

Seriously? Sounds like a scam or just a very poorly informed person. Only recession proof industries in my opinion is alcohol and gas sales.
