Looking for serious investor for web site

Hello all,

I am looking for a trustworthy investor that can provide me with funds for a website that is for sale and has huge potential. First off I will say that the "industry" the site is in is highly targeted and ranks high in the search engines. I spoke with the owner regarding the site and he is selling due to no time and has other more important businesses to focus his time and money on. Similar sites are selling for DOUBLE what this site is selling for, so therefore if it was bought today, and needed to be sold the very next day, it would go for at least double what it was purchased for.

I have tried and tried to find someone that is reliable and really knows the sites potential. I cannot give to much information here due to protecting the seller as well as myself.

The site has more potential and he knows it, but like i stated above, he has no time and wants to focus on another main business that he currently runs. He basically told us that he wants a quick sale, that is why he is selling it so cheap.

I really hope a good trustworthy investor will give me the opportunity to run this site and monetize it to its fullest and use it for what its capable of doing. My brother and I do Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and Internet Marketing. We can provide proof of current projects to show that we are legit and not just random people trying to waste someones money.

I ask that the investor has some knowledge with internet marketing due to the niche of the site. Like I said before, I am really needing someone to understand the potential of this site, otherwise I will be right back to where I started, with someone not seeing how its worth the investment.
