Looking for partners to start-up, higher profits

Hello everybody,

We are starting-up a new business in Egypt. We provide Internet and Web Services. The services we provide include website/web application development, design, analysis, data entry, maintenance, quality assurance, documentation and dedicated support and very cheap webhosting for all our clients.

We also are able to independently handle a total offshore development projects at our premises, or co-work with another teams or individuals remotely.

Other than services, we are creating now a lot of sexy products to start with (Web 2.0 CMS, Customizable Web 2.0 e-Commerce Solutions, Interactive Online School Management Systems, e-Learning.. etc) and wish to promote them in USA, New Zealand, Europe, Canada and Arab countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Emirates).

We do not have sales and marketing departments, we just need partners for this to help, typically an entrepreneur (or entrepreneurs) or somebody interested in web-related stuff and wants to start-up his/her business to promote our stuff, meet clients, negotiate, make some deals, give us some work to do and let us know the products or services people are looking for, we need somebody to share us or own us and has the appropriate business skills.

We are planning to be the best and perfect outsource place in Egypt and India.

Our prices will be very very very cheap (6 to 10 times less) and we provide the more professional services as all our staff created dozens and dozens of web projects for the top UK brands (PM me for portfolio).

You would do better if you actually hired sales staff to bring in new leads.

If salaries are 5x less in Egypt then you would be able to hire a full time sales agent for just £400 a month... And keep 100% of the profits.

We are just programmers, geeks, we do not have good experience in sales and marketing PLUS we need clients/leads from USA, New Zealand, Europe, Canada.. etc because our prices for the clients there will be so cheap and our services will be attractive, so, hiring a sales agent here in Egypt won't help to reach the desired markets, we need partners to do this sort of things for us in Europe, USA and/or .. etc

If you meant we can hire a sales agent in the UK for example for only £400, that would be great, where I can find such agents ?

Why don't you post your portfolio here? If your team is good enough then you might attract some partners/ sales agents. Untill you do that you are one of the thousand offshore companies looking for sales partners abroad.

Because some of our staff are employed and they want to keep their jobs, anyway, we made projects for FORD, Harley Davidson, WalkerGroup, CrownMotors, SmartyCars. I can PM the full portfolio for serious people.
