I have created a website for recent college graduates to come together and collaborate on a number of issues, such as, the current job marketing and student loans.

This is a site that I feel very passionate about but is a large task to do alone.

Don't waste your time looking for partners... write an RFP of what you want and hire a developer. You'll get higher quality.. faster turn around time.. and more for your money. To many people on here are looking to 'partner' with a developer... think about it... why would someone with the development skills partner with you when they could simply program the site and then sell it? There might be a few exceptions to this rule but not many. Save yourself the time and headaches and just pay someone to get done what you need.

I guess I should have been more careful when using the word develop. I did mean I want to partner specifiably with a developer but with anyone who brings a skill to the table that I feel will be of benefit to the website. It is a large project and working with others who have different skill sets is just not beneficial to the quality of the website but increases the atmosphere of the overall experience.
