Looking for partners for tourist riding business in Bulgaria

We are looking for partners to establish small, flexible and low-costs riding centers, situated in key tourist areas.
We own three estates situated at the most beautiful and interesting places in Bulgaria.
Each place is a combination between a mountain and sea, or dam, and river, with conserved nature and traditions as well as a large number of tourists.
At all these places there is a lack of centers offering riding or driving services to tourists. But there are a lot of prerequisites for that- very good climate, interesting routes for riding and a lot of tourists around.
This is a low- cost and long term opportunity for interesting experience and cultural exchange. It could be also a perspective business.

Hmmm I couldn't work with a couple that call horses, dogs and cats their extended family. Something about childless families with pet obsessions turns me off sorry.

Thank you for your comment Fedor Norris. The reason of writing about “extended family” is obviously my language skills, not obsessions. Neither my wife, nor I think that pets are our children.
