Looking for Partner with Development Experience

My partner and I are currently looking for an additional partner that has knowledge/background in web development. We are researching an online based marketing platform that incorporates data manipulation through XML to feed listings to our partners and clients. The ideal individual would be a motivated, self-starter that is seeking a long term opportunity. Also, familiarily with programming concepts is a must. My partner and I both have backgrounds in project management, sales, production, and general business logic. We are looking for one more individual with knowledge on the technical side.
