I have designed about 10 websites and I am looking to start an interactive media company. This is not just a fantasy. I have been working extremely hard and I have traveled and did some networking, and just things in general in order to start a successful company. I am more interested in freelancers who I can work closely with, and potentially become an employee or develop a close, strong professional relationship with for future references.

Freelancers just come and go and sometimes you have a hard time getting their commitments. I'm talking based on my personal experience.
