Looking for Partner .. Web Developer

I am a website designer, and have experience in many different fields as well. I have a little programming experience, but I need someone more experienced to help build the website, so I am sure it is very secure and unbreakable.

The site I had in mind was similar to 99designs.com, where companies can create a contest for a design that they were in need of.

I already created a home page:

I also developed some other pages, like the contest page and profile pages, and I'll show that once I think I found the right person.

If I find the right person who is dedicated and willing to share ideas, then I will continue working on other pages and getting this developed.

I'm thinking of really making this work, and I'm planning on using a bunch of jQuery and AJAX to be up to standards and using the best technology.

I really want to talk to my partner and gather a bunch of ideas that we can use for our website to stand out, and research the users of 99designs.com and see what they would like improved. I already have some great ones that will work well if developed correctly.
