Looking for partner to start a website.

I have knowledge in PHP / MYSQL / HTML / CSS and web related stuff.

Domain names and hosting service are pretty cheap this days so investment is really low.

I'm looking for a person that wants to create and build a website with me and make some money out of it.

I still don't have a solid idea for the website so new ideas are welcome.

What do you think about this for an idea:

A Twitter RSS type feed site. One thing I see people spending hours of their life and grips of money on is coming up with Tweets. Make a service that creates the Tweets and feeds there accounts for them. Have not researched competition too much but see people spewing money/time all day long on having others write and post Tweets for them. Could be broken into 3 categories:

-General Tweets that anyone can buy and get fed to your account
-Exclusive Tweets that are unique to your account only
-Tweets with links to other advertisers fed to your account (seen this done on a few different levels pretty well already (i.e. MyLikes, SponsoredTweets etc.)

It would be similar to a site lite PostLoops but for Twitter

I have a system written up in Ruby that automates tech news aggregation. Austin Westfall (@atownag) on Twitter

It sounds like something similar to what you're talking about. Haven't been able to effectively monetize it yet. Mostly because I lack the time/money to market it.

If you guys wanted to pursue that type of site, I may be able to contribute. Keep me in the loop if you plan on it.
