Looking for partner for website

Hello everybody
(First of all, excuse me for the grammatical and language mistakes, i'm french student in business school)

I post here because i have a new business idea. I want to launch a B2C website which is unique, related to environnment and doesn't exist yet. I think the potential is great and could develop worldwide. (I'm currently writing the business plan)
I could handle all the promoting and prospecting to find clients, but i don't have the abilities to build the website myself.
Therefore, i'm looking for an investor, or a good programmer to get the website built and be part of the company.

What are you going to sell?

In fact, i'm not going to sell a product, but putting in relationship the producer and the buyer. Actually, in Europe people are more and more concerned with Fair trade and with buying ecological products and they want to buy from people producing the good directly to save money and be sure of the quality. Therefore, i would propose the agricultors, and the craftsmen (who usually don't have the time to build a website) to list their products on the B2C website.
Buyers could search which are the producers in their areas.
