Looking for partner for new startup

Sorry this is a little backwards from most of the posts. I am looking for a partner to start up a new business or to get into an existing business with. I currently have some capital I am looking to invest in the hundreds to multiple thousand dollar range. I would prefer a more techy person, I have limited knowledge and don't care for programming very much (having had done quite a bit). I would be interested in a web start up or even sometime of an app. I have a couple business ideas, but would be more than willing to do get into an existing person. I have started and sold multiple businesses and have experience importing and exporting. I also have accounting skills and can manage a small business. Web start up and app is a very general statement and develpment cost will vary widely. Can you be more specific ?. Also what were the previous business ventures? Thanks.

I'm being very general on purpose, I don't have the idea. Just saying fields I like. I would be willing to get into anything as long as it's solid. I am looking to be the financial investor. My prior business include a car detailing business, a brick and mortar retail store, an importing and online distribution company and a vinyl company on eBay where I was a top rated power seller. Those are my most recent businesses.
