Looking for Online Marketing Director - 10% + of all company profits

Hello. I am 21 years old from CT. I am the founder/CEO of a user driven, interactive website that targets people ages 18 - 30. I started working on the website back in July with my programmer who is in his early 20's as well. We are just finishing things up. I plan on "launching" the site on January 1, 2010 when we have a more polished product even though it is already live.

I am looking for someone who I can call the "Marketing Director" or whatever title you would prefer to have for my first online project. The deal would be that you would receive 10% (or possibly more with time) of all profits made for as long as you are involved with the business. Your job would be to market the site online resulting in increased traffic. I am looking for someone with experience and a vast amount of knowledge on how to do this most effectively. You would also have to work on attracting potential advertisers. The site will make money from advertising space/affiliate programs.

The potential is there. My programmer did a great job with the site. We are a team of two at this point and looking for a third to really make a push starting in 2010.

Remember that the offer is 10% of all profits (or possibly more with time) and right now the business is generating no money. How much money it will generate is completely dependent on how much traffic we can manage to get. So we will get what we put into it.
