Looking for Joomla experts

Our company is looking for a CTO-oriented partner to take over web development projects. We provide brand development and wholesale/distribution services for independant and startup business in the Fashion sector. We are expanding our client base, and have already signed with fashion labels in need of our services.
A perfect match for the position is someone that is detail oriented, and has experience working with the Joomla (Drupal, Magento,etc) and Wordpress Content Management Systems. Compensation is commission based, with a twist. Partner receives a percentage of all online sales through any hosted web sites. These aren't just any web stores - we maintain the 'official' online presence for our clients.
Bonuses and salary options are a definite possibility, depending on performance. Please note - this is not a one-time project or deal. We are looking for someone that is interested in being part of a company that is quickly growing. An interest in Fashion/Branding/Marketing is a plus, but not a requirement.
