Looking for investors. Pretty small investment in something interesting

I am looking for an investment of $1000-$5000. The aim is to raise $5000-$10000. This money will be prize money for the winner of a business plan competition. The investor(s) will have a judging position in the competition as well as hold an equity position in the company that starts by the winner of the competition.

If you still look for investors, the webisite thestreetmarket.com might help you. It a specialised community for entrepreneurs who need investment or partners.
I worked with them off line and they were very helpful.
