My situation is as follows. I have Letters of Intent from various artist for one specific concert. What we are looking for is an investor w/ 150k. Artist, venue, production everything is locked in. We need the deposits for the artist, venue, production, and marketing. Return will be in short term due to ticketmaster daily deposits of tickets sold. I expect 2 week turnaround for ROI.
