Looking for a investor/investors to help with start up costs to lease a building to open a cafe/bakery. Currently I have been selling baked goods out of the home part time and doing ok for part time. Would love to really open my own place though. Hartville OH only has one other place to get baked goods and its the marketplace. I plan on offering a wide range of options that aren't available at most places and there is a demand for them. Unfortunately banks don't really want to just give out money if you don't have too much collateral so I am unable to get one. If you are interested please reply.
