We are looking for investment to go into the market with a web based solutions for Manufacturing world. This is for a virtually untapped market in this country..

To give a general idea and a basic scope of this market, there are around 450,000 manufacturers in this country. Our solution can be called a MUST HAVE for any kind of manufacturing environment. Just to play a low ball side, if we can tap 0.25% of the market with this web based service solution, the revenues we can expect are literally huge.

We did quite a bit of research to get to this point. If there is no one interested, I am afraid that this idea will not be implemented and some one is losing big on it. Including myself.

You did not provide any information about the business. Saying it is "web based solutions for manufacturing world" is not only bad grammar, but doesn't tell anyone what your business is. You need to work on your pitch.

i.e. "In 2007, we've spoken to 25 Californian manufacturers who are suffering from [insert problem here], and are interested to buy our solution. We expect to make a revenue of [insert here] on these 25 transactions and need working capital in the range of [insert here] to close the 25 prospects. Please contact me on makinenij/at/gmail/dot/com to request more diligence items and discuss the possible terms for this round of finance".

Done. Simple. Straight forward. Attractive.
None of this "if we can tap 0.25% of the market" rubbish.

There is a true lack of understanding of the terms ‘untapped market’ and ‘must have’. While the first can and sometimes does exist the second is a generalization that is almost never a certainty. As other posters have graciously already pointed out your approach needs some work.

I’m also a fan of getting some type of feel for how much money people are looking for. At different levels of financing you will need to talk to different types of people (or companies).

Take the advice that you have been given and try to repost what you are offering and what you are looking for.
