Looking for Investor to start Storage Units

Hey, i'm new here. Saw this thread and thought i'd try it out.

I own 2 nursing homes right now and a website called gsmallover(dottt)com < so you know i'm not spamming.

Anyways i'm looking for a private investor to help me start storage units. They are a very simple business and easy to manage. They fill up very quick and it's easy to run.. And are in demand.

Initial investment is 200-300k for about 4-6 acres and around 5-7buildings. But once you get full(3-6 months) you are pulling in around 5-8k a month. It's very easy money, I will run the whole thing with supervision and a partner helping me along the way.

I ran the numbers and it basically comes down to having money to making money(which a lot of business are). I"m looking forward to talking to anyone who's interested and if you have any questions or want to verify my cridentials you can talk to me.

Please PM as I only have 1 post

    Logan.

    Hi,

I am interested but dont want to invest that much at first.

I would be happy to work on a much smaller scale at first and buy shares into your business, this way i will invest for example 1k, for a % return each month.

Looking forward to hearing back form you

As of right now i'd need bigger investors, preferrably in the U.S. I see a lot of other ideas on here and they are very creative but some are far fetched. Storage units is smart, consistent, and no risk. you put up 5 storage units, each with 35units. at 70$ per unit. that's 175 units x 70 Which is around 12k. It's a large investment with a large consistent return, it's funny people try other stuff that makes no sense but passes up the longer time oppurtunity, maybe because it takes more patience?? For me it's just a matter of time before I do it.

    ***bump****

don't know if you can bump your own hehe.

I have a partner i'm going into business with and we only need around 20-30k this summer. To invest, more capital the better with this business. It is consistent permenant money and it'll be a good fast return.

So I don't require the full payment, just more to add to our initial investment. Let me know if your interested. It's good money.
