Just in brief can tell you that I have an experience of project making for f&b sphere.
what is extreme pub? It is an outlet where guests can watch extreme kinds of sport such as snowboarding, surfing, etc. Some elements of decor are connected with sport, on the walls can be professional graffiti.(this style is interesting and quite cheap in the same time, and the subject of extreme pub will take its own market for sure)
why Ukraine? This country is developing very fast. Lack of competitors is one of the most pushing factors to open and to run this business.
place? I am planing to buy (credit is not a solution in Ukraine, not only in Ukraine)the place for 50-60 seats will be quite enough. Basement is quite good variant for such a place.
menu?Simple items such as club sandwich and some of international e.g. Foie grass terrine can served to the guest. Normally 70% bar, 30% kitchen.

Basically that's all information,


events? Besides sport events, dj setting, gathering of people who is connected with urban culture. To pay attention to sound and video is important, professional equipment will effect atmosphere not less than design of outlet itself.
