Hello everyone,
I am looking for an investor for a commercial haunt in Tempe, AZ. I have been working on a business plan and have the location determined. However, the only problem will be funding the building of the haunt.
In regards to building the haunt, I have been exploring all options, however, one extremely appealing option is purchasing an old attraction. For example, just 30 minutes away from the business location is an old attraction up for sale.
[EDIT: Tried posting link, but cannot, so I will PM it if interested]
I have contacted the seller and they are looking for around $75,000 for all of the equipment and everything. This is negotiable, so I'm hoping to acquire it all for anywhere between $65,000-$70,000.
However, with a large portion of my funds going into the other aspects of the business, I will need help funding the building (which is the most crucial part).
So, if you are an investor, here is my preliminary discussions. Please note that if you do not have the interest nor the money please don't inquire! However, if you do, please keep reading.
For an investment/investment group willing to purchase the equipment here is a timeline/estimates on your ROI:
-$65,000 Following the 2009 Season (November, 2009)
-5% of Ticket Sales from to 2009 Season (November, 2009)
With low estimate being $4,800 and a high estimate being $8,400.
-For the 2010, 2011, 2012 season you will also be guaranteed the following
-$2,500 per season (totaling $7,500)
-2% of Ticket Sales for 3 seasons.
So, in essence you make say a $70,000 investment and come November, you $69,000-$77,000 the first season alone and then in years to come you have the potential to earn an additional $30,000.
Please note: this is not any sort of binding agreement, nor offer. It is just preliminary discussions.
If you are interested please send me a Private message and we can discuss my plans and I can show/explain to you further in detail over phone or eMail.
Thanks you for your time,
Phillip
