I am looking for an ivestor/s for a restaurant start up that have the motivation and drive that I posess. I am interested and have been for many years to open a restaurant serving mainly Smoked and BBQ'd foods with obvious other additions to provide for those who may be with a BBQ lover but not interested in BBQ itself. I have a menu planned with a variety of tasty foods which I have prepared myself many times for family,friends and acquaintences. I'm not looking to open a massive sit down eatery I'm looking for something a little smaller to start with and I plan on having people lined up out the door nightly waiting to taste my products. And they will. I've used my restaurant experience and my never ending desire to improve, create
to perfect a line of smoked and non smoked bbq'd foods that have no comparison. Chain bbq and some local bbq restaurants have some good food but mine will leave your mouth feeling like its on vacation in a virtual paradise of taste. There are relatively few BBQ places in my area and even fewer with decent BBQ I believe I can be the premier BBQ restaurant in this area or any other. My love of cooking and making people happy with it is what drives me. Nothing fulfills me more that to prepare a meal for people and watch the expression on their face when they eat. Except maybe when they ask me that I must make it again soon ! I'm looking for an investment of 100 to 140 thousand I've done much equipment research and am familiar with kitchen equipment/brands/prices of new and used equipment. Again I would like the keep the restaurant very simple both in the kitchen and the eating area and let the flavors and textures experienced be what drives returning customers...And it will.
