Looking for Investor(s) / Partner(s)

Our goal is to provide the public with safety features and products on all vehicles and etc... We have many years planning and inventing products to be released to the everyday consumers and car show contestants, and Department of Transportation (all over the US) government facilities, etc... Tell me who won't like to get their hands into the governments pockets. I think I said too much but, not enough.
Need investor(s) or partner(s) that are willing to provide finances on products that are out of the engineering stage and waiting to be manufactured, out sourced, and in house production. Investment will be high though, revenue will be rewarding. Business Plan many of years carefully planning out and risk management for the investor(s) comfort.
