Hello I am looking for a working investor or partner i have a good catering co. but there is a restaurant in a good location thats asking around 45,000 its making 15k to 18k a month we can put 25k down and pay the rest in installments I know with the right person and my skills we can make this good restaurant great its a turn key opp terms are good and what i am ofering is the following

Investors you put up 25k you will get that back within 11 month with 14% intrested then when that is payed off. you will recieve 18% share holding profit for 24 months this is just to give you something for making it happen for me
Partners you will put up 25k i will finish paying off the note with my share you will recieve your money back in 16 months and control 50% of the restaurant nothing of my catering since they are two different businesses
