Looking for investor for manufacturing business

I'm looking for the right type of investor that is looking to invest in a manufacturing business either as part owner (49%) or as a short term investor.

Orso Swimbait Co. is ready to go from a handmade production business to a mass produced business manufacturing high quality, original design hardbody swimbaits. The company started in 2006 out of the need for a swimbait design that is not currently on the market. The design has a unique swimming action and revolutionary wrap finish that has never been attempted in the industry.

Currently the products are hand poured, hand wrapped and assembled which is a 1.5hr process from start to finish. To move forward, capital is needed for the necessary tooling for the injection molding process which would dramatically improve the quality and quantity while reducing production time to less than 20 minutes.

The Company plans to establish itself as the “next generation designer and manufacturer” of hardbody swimbaits, and related products and capture a sizable portion of this market in the first 3 years of production. Furthermore, the company will continue to expand on its video production which documents the success of the company products while introducing Orso Swimbait Co. to markets around the world that aren’t familiar with swimbaits.

The company’s 5 year plan is to have all 4 current models in production and control 50% of the market. In the first year, the company will produce 31,000 products for a net income of $330,000 and finalize distributing contracts with large outdoor/fishing companies. THis would introduce the company’s products to over 4 million customers using catalogs and another 8 million through the chain of stores. By the 5th year of production, the company will have a product line that consist of 8 models and produce over 100,000 products annually with a net income of $1 million.

The company is well known around the world just off its 250,000 views of its YouTube videos. The company has currently sold products in Japan, Italy, France, Spain and 24 states in US with no advertising other than the videos. The company is currently at a standstill and looking for the necessary capital to move forward and worldwide.

I would recommend considering a partner with a manufacturer who already creates similar products.

I just moved to Texas from the venura area. I still use a few of the engineers from Ventura.

As for other companies that already make similiar products...thought about it and researched it and the number one problem is most companies just want my idea and not the partnership. The fishing industry is very cut throat. Plus most companies have their product produced overseas, I'm trying to keep everything in America.
