business partner! Not a silent one though! the market right now is to risky and pointless to invest in and by all means do NOT invest your money in MF's! if you want to gain alot of knowledge on what to do with your money read rich dad poor dad and donald trump's and robert kiyosaki's new book "why we want you to be rich"!

I am going into the exotic car business.. I have shares for sale and a growth plan in place to make 9 million in 3 years. There is also the free Benz or BMW while you are in town. I would say Ferrari but that would not be very good negotiating... would it?! Where are you from? The money I need is to pay for the rest of the legal jargon that comes with a multi million dollar deal plus the restructuring of my partnership. I have my own money but its still in Canada waiting for the dollar to come back. So if you are intersted... wzinger@zingerintl.com

30,000 for an animated feature film. We are a small group at Animvision but are working on an animated movie and we could use 30,000 for business expenses. We are keeping costs really, really low by doing the work ourselves and investing in ourselves. We already have the pipeline and properties setup. We just need money moving forward to get a few freelance options going.

CEDRIC SEAUT this is one of hte modellers we are using for the film.

ONce we create the series it will be distributed in the International market and direct to DVD in the US. Plus we are going to be merchandising the intellectual property. Your investment will forever keep you connected to our studio.

Animvision There is various potential that is available to you.

That's absolutely ridiculous! "The market right now is to[o] risky and pointless to invest in?!" TERRIBLE. The market is PERFECT to invest in. Good, solid companies are now selling for pennies on the dollar, at a small percentage of their actual value. Extra money you won't need for several years should be going straight into the market. Great book, but terrible advice otherwise.

Investing in anything in this market is suicide. Just look at the markets, swinging almost 1000 points several times in a day, unheard of previous to this year. In such unstable times, I would not consider stock market just yet for the worse has yet to come.

Put your money into gold and sit back and wait for six months, with dollar temorarily pumped up by world banks, it is about to collapse, so you don't want to have any investments in U.S. dollars at this piont. If you are not looking for short term ROI, then pick up some Iraqi Dinar, about the only stable currency over the past year, steadily rising for past four year against dollar, so well worth concidering.

    Success to all, Mike

Investment in stock market is little bit risky, I have invested in it but it needs lots of knowledge about the market. I also invest money in forex trade. I find forex investment is the better option then stock market. Here I would like to suggest you to invest money in it. As now day’s real estate and stock market both are not in good condition.

If you're about to retire, I agree. However, I have to go with Warren Buffet's motto - 'be fearful when others are greedy, be greedy when others are fearful. Maybe this isn't the market for you, but there are more bargains in the market today than any time in my lifetime (I'm 23). If you've got a strong stomach, this is THE TIME to buy. Yes, you might be trying to catch a falling knife, but if you have a 3-5 year horizon, you will undoubtably come out ahead if you make informed decisions.

    CashRich18,

I am starting a web based virtual consultancy to help small businesses navigate going green. I am a consultant who normally works with large multinational corporations to gain a competitive advantage while reducing the environmental impact of doing business. We recommend measures to reduce energy consumption, design renewable energy systems, draft corporate sustainability reports, vehicle replacement policies, recycling programs, incentives for employee innovation, develop marketing strategies, etc.

Our services are prohibitively expensive for small businesses, yet these companies could benefit greatly from the information we provide our clients. Thus, I want to create a fully automated, web based virtual consultancy to share the multitude of synergistic opportunities to improve social, environmental and economic performance with small business owners.

I believe such a platform could be created and marketed at a modest cost - $150k using only myself, a software engineer, graphic designer, and a marketing specialist I give seminars with. It could be marketed via green business conferencesand google ad words. Initial signup, creation of a detailed company profile and a summary of recommendations would be free of cost to encourage a large number of clients. Clients would only begin payment if they wished to receive detailed implementation plans. Revenues would also be generated by halving discounts for clients from purveyors of goods and services recommended.

If you are still trolling for investment opportunities and this is of interest, we should speak.
