Hi I'm looking for $400,000 (four hundred thousand dollars) investment in exchange for 10% stakes in my company. Once initial investment of $400,000 is made company will be making net profit of $4,000,000 by end of year 2012

10% of my company will make you profit $400,000-650,000 per year

Company is located in New York City

IPO will follow in 3-4 years once all patents are in place
