Looking for film investor

I am looking for any investor interested in investing in film. I currently have a project budgeted around $3 million. I have guaranteed distribution, and they will put up $1.5 million. With this guaranteed cash and using the state tax incentives, the investor is only at risk for 25% of their initial investment. This is a great opportunity and rare to find such a low risk when it comes to investing in film. I will provide all documents to serious investors.

Is it a US based? I have contacts to get you up to 80% of film production financing from budgets starting $3M if you can put rest of it to escrow. Tax Credits are not eligbe to those guys.
