I'm offering a long-term investment that offers the opportunity to earn a monthly residual income from doing no work on your end, via MNS (micro-niche sites). For you who don't know what MNS is, it's a small website, built to target long tail keywords that have low competition. This way the site will be relatively easy to reach top ranking on search engines.

I've been building MNS for clients in the last 1.5 years, I know how to do proper keyword research, how to plan the articles, what SEO techniques works, etc. Basically, I know how to create a successful MNS. I just don't have the capital to build my own.

My plan is to build about 50 - 100 MNS, with a guarantee that each site will earn a minimum $2 per day after a period of time, so we are looking at $3k - $6k monthly, all profit. This goal is very realistic and easily achievable, and if everything goes to plan, these sites can expand and so will profits.

Each site cost $100 to build, that cover the outsourcing of article creation and SEO (promotion). That's where your money will go. I will pay for the hosting + domain - $20/yr, do the keyword research, site setup + optimization and maintenance. We will then split the profit 50/50.

Like any other business, there's risk involved. Fortunately, the risk is relatively small when dealing with MNS. There may be some websites that doesn't perform well even we've planned everything carefully, based on my experience the failure rate is at 20% max. Also, we always has the option to sell those failed sites, so it's not a total loss for us.
