Looking for capital and possibly partners

Hi,

My search for funding has led me here. I started a textbook rental company 8 months ago, we are already profitable, and massive potential has been realized. I am a recent college graduate and don't have many assetts so it has been tough to find funds.

For this round of funding I am looking for 60k, offering a 10% ROI and can return the full amount with interest in less than a year. I am also willing to give ownership to the right people that are willing to help grow the company. There is much to be done, if you can bring something to the table I will be more than happy to talk.

10% ROI? So an investment of 60k will net a 6k profit in a year? I have to admit, even with interest rates in the sorry state they are, I can think of many easier ways to net 6k with less risk.

Go on then sell it to us!

Well, I will offer anyone who invests a good bit of equity as well. As you may have noticed Grizzly, we also hold a social networking site, CollegeVita, that will ultimatley be interlinked into the operational software we will have developed, unless something else is done with it. Imagine the possibilities! Also I can asure everyone the risk is very very low, the system we have developed is fullproof.

So an initial investment could possibaly lead to a good portion of a spectacular company and much more ROI down the road.

What better ways are there? I'm curious now!
