Looking for Business Partner to Start Clothing Business

Hello Everyone!
I have been working on a business project lately, I currently own a production company for clothing (t shirts, hoodies, knitted products). I want to go one step further.
Its not about earning more profits, its because I want to experience something different and more advanced on each step. I want to taste the experience of retailing and selling to end consumers, know wat their views are about my products. I have been working on starting an online store for sales of my own brand, but I have figured out that it is just too much for my expertise. I have good business knowledge, I'm good on the production side. But I'm not adept in marketing, managing website, online marketing.
I am looking for a partner who is also interested in such a business model. I can secure the production side, I need someone who can take care of sales and is creative and together we can work on R&D and come up with some innovative products.
