I need a biz partner. you should be able to write down a press release and be very creative in your speach. be able to get deals for this project . contact and invite companies to upload contests,
also come with great ideas about how to get more contest and new members,

About the Project.
thecastingcontest.com is unic in its way to do a casting call.. this help film production companies to narrow there casting selection and also save time and money ,

the model of the biz is like any contest sites around. People Upload headshots and the winner or winners get paid on end of the contest , the website charge 15% fee from the contest prize amount.

example case: A company hold a contest ( extra casting call for my new film ) pay $500 for the contest . add the date , conditions of the photos, ect.
once the contest start , website will email all the members and ask them to join.

after that members will be able to join and upload there headshots. Company A select the winner or winners , and ask for there full resumes and contact info.. once they pay and finish the preselection Company A would call this real people to come for a real casting call .
let say on end they select 10 winners and then do real casting ..

this is great option for massive casting calls, as I guess will save there time and money and not drive crazy the people who are doing the casting.

If the partner is doing all the business development and marketing - what is it you are going to do?
You might be better off finding someone in your own area. Get out and attend some networking events and see if you can attract someone that way.
