Looking For Biz Partners, One/Two in Each State

Hi,
I'm looking for possibly a couple business partners in each state. This is for side money, not necessarily going to make a killing (although it is possible if you put the time to it). Must be willing/able to drive and negotiate with people. Must also live in a somewhat big city ie. Dallas/Seattle/Boston/etc.
