Looking for Biz Partner [Web Guru]

    Hello,

My name is Drew Rawitz and I am looking for a long term business partner who is open to ideas and ready to make some money. Basically what I want to do is create a big web development company, but consisting of a very small team!

I would like to offer the following services:
    - Logo Design
    - Website Design / Development
    - PSD to XHTML/CSS
    - Flash Design
    - Search Engine Optimization Optimization & Research
    - PPC Management

And services along those lines. I want this to be huge.
I am a website designer with experience in almost every field. I have knowledge with:

PHP, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Integration, SEO, FTP, Site Management, etc.

I have a great design eye and I know what to look for. For our company website, I was thinking of having this hugeeeee area where you can just keep selecting packages and describing everything you need and it will come up with a "Estimated Quote".

For instance, they can go to the logo design page and add that to their cart. Then they go to the next step, if needed, and can go into our website design seciton. They will choose the package, and keep checking off things they want. They can checkout or go to next step, which would be e-commerce, blah blah blah. You get the point, it will be this nice reliable system.

    My partner:
I want something who has good experience in a lot of different business areas. Photoshop, CSS/XHTML, Design, Marketing, SEO, Writing, etc.

We will work together to keep ideas coming and develop this website and company. We will be outsourcing our work (or adding people to our team. We will dicuss) to the best freelancers out there, so me and my partner will try to find the best of the best and make these projects get completed with quality.

I need someone who is very active and dedicated. Cannot be someone who is extremely busy. Support is a huge thing for me, and we need to offer the best of it. We will have a Live chat which needs to be taken care of. We have phone calls to answer, etc.

Someone with big business contacts is a PLUS. Can you bring in a bunch of clients?

    Here is the thing:
I recently created a website for a printer in South Florida and I worked with him closely to develop a nice system so he can sell all of his printing services online. He was so happy with my work he wanted to add a Website Design service to his company, and send all of the work my way. About 70% of his clients have asked if they offered website design (Which at the time they did not).

He will be mailing out a post card to a million different businesses across the US about his company, and it will say NOW OFFERING WEBSITE DESIGN, which is where we will handle all of those calls.

We will have a HUGE amount of work load comin' in and it will be a great chance to build up a portfolio and get things rolling.

    I'm exciting thinking about this.
Please e-mail me, I don't check this as often and e-mail is my best method. I'll usually respond within 10 minutes (lol).

Thank you so much for reading.
    Have a great day.

The market you're going for is pretty saturated so even if you're the best you'll probably have a hard time competing. Why would you want to be business partners with somebody you just recently met anyway? Going into business with a partner is almost like getting married. You have to be sure who that person really is or it's not going to last.

Well, since we have this huge opportunity with the printing company, who will be sending a post card in the mail for a million different businesses offering OUR services, that's a huge thing and great opportunity for good clients.

I don't know, it was just an idea I have because I really want to do it. So is it better if I just do it all myself and hire the small team (or outsource it all) or what?

    Thanks!
