We are creating a unique platform that allows independent clothing brands to run easily and customers to easily shop from many rare brands. Our service provides a unique combination of e-commerce and warehousing to apparel brands. Our goal is to provide everything an independent brand would need to run easily. We control the entire customer experience, but we do not actually own the inventory.

I intend for my company to take advantage of the new development of the Benefit-Corporation B Corporation - Home. 50% of annual profits will be donated towards charity. My goal is to show that B-Corporations have an advantage over regular corporations and can be more profitable, through: better and more motivated employees, higher sales, free marketing, and better long-term planning. Today's protests show a huge demand from the public for a less destructive structure way of doing business. I want to provide the example of what a B-Corporation can/should look like. The reason my company will donate 50% percent is to make a statement that this is a completely different type of company. 50% is a huge amount for any company to pledge; yet this is not a non-profit by any means. This is for profit corporation that will continuously reinvest and expand.

I am a 25 year old MBA student at San Jose State University. This is my second business and a culmination of 5+ years of work and planning. I am looking for an investor or a business partner. Please PM me for a business plan and more information.

hey i am very interested in your idea and would like to hear a little more pm me with a basic plan such as start up cost, start up plan and just more details on if your have independent companies lined up already or how you plan on marketing yourself etc etc

I like the concept and the approach that you are taking. My company is a consulting firm that works with new and growing clothing lines, and I recognize the need for services that help the artists get the products out there.
