Looking for an investor for start up business

Hi,
I am looking for an investor for my business idea. Im not going to elaborate too much in the idea but basically it is internet based and offers space for people to list their jobs and projects for freelancers and companies to bid on, This is just a way of generating a little income for the next idea which is to offer a place where people can book an online pitch to investors employed by me and payed via commission. Both sites are quite advanced and cost a lot to build but i believe i have got it as cheap as possible. I am in need of 50k to 100k. I am willing to offer 30% of all profits for the lowest end of investment and 45% for the top end investment. All per cents and investments are negotiable.
