Looking for an investor for a salon/spa

I am looking to start up a salon in spa in our downtown area. I am looking for an investor that would want to help start this business. There are not a lot of really nice salons in our city which is why a lot of people would choose to go to this salon because of the relaxing and nice enviroment. I am also a freelance photographer and would like to grow the business into maybe a glamour shots studio also. In this area there is a lot of room for growth. This will definatly be a growing business since it will be in a very busy area. I am a single mom and just help with finances to start this business.
