First of all thank you for looking and its good to find like minded people around that are striving for better !!

This is going to be tuff as a pitch as i cannot give anything away about the site in which you would be investing. I can tell you that it is music related and involves djs nightclubs clubbers record labels fans and much more. Already we have recieved over 60,000 sign ups before we even start to market and promote the site. We are looking for someone to help us on the way to launching the site and open doors to a universal audience. We have alot to offer and the website has been through 3 years of scrutiny and we are now satisfied that it is perfect. If you would like to be part of this or have advice for us either way we would really like to hear from you .

My advice is that you won't find any equity investors without providing significant, detailed information on the investment. Sure, a forum is not the place to be posting this, but also, a forum is not the place to be seeking equity investors either.

My final advice would be to talk and/or work with someone who is experienced in the entrepreneurial process, who knows what you have to do to raise equity financing. This may be someone you have to pay as a consultant if you don't know anyone personally. Or this may be creating an advisory board for your company that can assist with this. However, you are presently going down the wrong path and based on your post, clearly need assistance if you are serious about this.
