I have a fairly simple website idea but the potential is enormous The technology is out there and the idea is catching on. Everyone who uses email will want to take advantage of this service. I have no idea how much it will cost, funding isn't really the issue, I have experience in obtaining funding for start-up. I also have experience project management and running a business. It has nothing to do with retracting email and I don't know what the difference between a static or interactive site. Unfortunately I don't have much experience in this field. I am not going to go on about this being a ground floor effort and so on, I feel that term is a little overused. I have started and run a successful interior finishwork manufacturing business which was simply an idea that already existed and had made many people quite wealthy. I took it and made it my own. Most businesses are started this way, not everything is a groundbreaking new idea. Google certainly wasn't a new concept. I first learned what Google was by reading about it on a little site called Yahoo (news). I need someone who can design websites and wants to share in the profit of an excellent and already fast growing idea.

Static; Just plain HTML documents with some images.
Dynamic; Pages like PHP & ASP that support SQL connections to store info in the DB and create different pages for each users who visits them. The page you are viewing now is dynamic, for example.

Creadiv, I would prefer the design and development be done in exchange for partial ownership of the site, but I am open to the idea of paying for the development myself if necessary. Of course I would like the opportunity to convince whoever designs the site that equity sharing is far more profitable for them in the long term, and of course it would be more convenient for me in the short term.
