I have a company called Nottingham Retail Ltd. and an idea, however I have very little web development experience, I am looking for someone who is a web designer/developer and would be able to create a trendy fashion retail website from scratch.
I am looking to jointly go into business with this person and an equal amount of company shares will be signed over.
This is a joint venture not a one off job, therefore there is no payment upfront.
