Looking for a Web designer/Entrepreneur in London

I'm looking for a well presented person committed to business proposals and must have a very high standard of web programming as the venture I have in mind is web based,this therefore would be a joint business concept between you and me as partners.

The criteria however is that you must be committed and of a young age range and be based in England pref ably London

If you feel you can fulfil that,then I have a very good venture I would like to implement!
