I am looking for someone to work with on opening a hostel in nicaragua. My idea is to open a chain of hostels and I am looking for a partner that may be interested in opening all or starting this one

I have a perfect location..on the beach(basiclaly a private beach) and the investment will be no more than $5000. You can stay and work there or just own a percentage

I think this has a lot of potential, especially Nicaragua. In my opinion Nicaragua is a big emerging market and the tourist industry is about to get even hotter.
