Looking for a partner or investors for a Brewery in Miami

I have over 6 years of commercial experience running breweries. What sets me apart from other Master Brewers is my young age (I was the youngest head brewer in the USA for most of the last decade) and business experience. I know how to run a brewery and be profitable. I am looking for some investors or a partner that can fund my start up idea and help me create a brand in one of this country's most well know vacation cities. I am not talking about a cookie cutter casual dining brewery that most people think of when they think brew pub. This is a highly profitable industry and can be the most fun investment you will ever have.

When I think of a Brew Pub, I definitely don't Miami, but maybe that's all the more reason to start one. I have done alot of research into starting a brew pub and agree, that it's a very profitably industry, yet has a high rate of failure. But it sounds like you have proper experience on the brew side of things.
How are you looking as far as licensing and financing? Explain alittle more and I'll see what I can do.

I doubt you will find the kind of money you need on this website... I like the idea though. What part of Miami are you thinking? The neighborhoods down there can be a little eclectic so the right location will be paramount.
