Looking for a parnter within a niche industry

Hello all,

I am looking for a partner with website development experience for a online retail/forum website. The concept it very dynamic yet simple. I am currently running a good size company and have had this concept for awhile and now have capitol as well as a business plan. The problem is-I know nothing about programming or web design. My website is in the coffee arena-$65BB industry. Initially I was looking for someone who would be able to supply the knwleadge and have the capabilities to build the site then partner up. This may or may not be that attractive to someone with the skills since they are most likely already running their own site. But this is definitley worth taking a look at. I own the domain and within a reletively small period of time this could be huge.

Anyone with advice or if you would like further details please let me know.
