Looking for a mobile phone App developer/entrepreneur

I have a few mobile phone App ideas. I would like to start one soon, but do not have the capital to have a company develop it. If you know how to develop Apps and want an opportunity to partner up, let me know and I will go over the App idea.

I'm looking more for an entrepreneur on their own who wants to be in it from the idea to end. I don't have the capital to pay a business.

We would usually give a discounted rate or come up with some other arrangement so we are compensated fairly. It just depends on: how good your idea is; is it the right time; how well we can execute it and what you're bringing to the table.
