Looking for a MARKETING Guru to head up a Full-Service IT company – Including Full time support, consulting and development services

Hello,
I am a Senior IT Consultant and have been working in the field for quite some time. I intend to start up a Full service IT consulting firm that specializes in 24/7 system support, including system optimization and upgrades as well as proactive intelligent maintenance done via custom programming I have written myself. In addition I would like to offer Consulting and Development Services as well. I have all the technical experience and management experience to make this a successful venture. I have a general understanding of Marketing and the market in which I practice, but I am in no means an expert. I am looking for just such a mind. I am interested in someone who would be willing to partner and head up the marketing and sales core of the business. An experienced salesperson or marketing director would be an ideal fit. I am a very innovative person and would desire a similar mind set in regards to marketing as well. I just don’t know enough about the market industry to be inventing new concepts; I can however do that all day with IT. Thanks for your relpy! I really am looking for a partner to drive the sales and marketing core, not necessarily to outsource marketing. If I do get a partner engaged and their advice is to outsource, you will be the first I call.
