Looking for a long term alliance for to continue a Medical Software

Me and my friends have developed a medical software to be more specific an EMR ( Electronic Medical Record ) and PMS ( Practice management System ). The product is ready to sell out with couple of minor tweeks for Pediatrics, Internal Medicine doctors.

Our vision is not to make our customers dependent on our software but to be flexiable enough to be customized on their needs.

I have a complete business plan with projected financials , cost , Sale points and income generation methods.

What we lack is the funding to continue our business. Our target market is USA but this does not mean we cannot move into other emerging or stable markets. Our system is flexible enough to meet demands of other target markets.
