Looking for a Canadian UX Expert.

I am searching for a UX designer (User Experience, User Interface, Look-Feel ..etc) , versed in both graphic design and javascript to create sleek looking web pages. I am working on an idea for start ups in Canada and need someone with these skills, it will be a 40/60 co-founder venture. I will do all back end programming, server administration, marketing etc..you would be required to do all the front-end design, user experience, share content administration/moderation and some small marketing.
