We have created a new Real Estate Portal, namely orientated on Europe. Each country in Europe has some main portals, but also lots and lots of realtors have their own website, which as a buyer takes to much time to visit them all. Therefor there is a large opportunity here.

Our portal will include in the near future all EU countries. We have started with Spain and will roll out to Portugal next and then step by step the other EU countries.

The portal is not yet a company, but for the moment part of our current company. We first wanted to get going and then setup a company for the Portal. We have a partner who does the programming and maintenance (for a fee) and we ofcourse have our own dedicated server which is backuped after each day.

We also have created a spider which can collect realtor's listings to fill up the Portal. For each new country we will program the spider to fill the content of that country with as many listings as possible. We have also created tools for marketing using the rss feeds of the cities.

We need to expend with new server's for the new countries, and we want to add some additional features to the site.

We are collecting contact details of realtors in each country and will contact them that they can list their current properties via XML feed into our Portal. For now this is free of charge and when we get more traffic and the Portal grows we will introduce subscriptions.

What our investor will get is shares in the new to form company in exchange for capital, which we will use to expend the Portal. The capital will not be used for salaries! Salaries will only be taken when the Portal is making money from advertisement and paid additional features which realtors and private persons can pay for.

The goal is to have all EU countries on the portal wityhin the next year, in all EU languages and then sell it.

Preferably we are seeking for an investor who can invest 25k up to 50k in Euro's. Percentage of shares will be discussed privately.
