Looking for a 50/50 partner in TV company

I've owned Colorado LCD and Plasma Inc for almost a year now. tvsuperstore.com I am looking for someone that would like a 50/50 ownership of this company and invest marketing dollars to pull a profit then sell the company after one year.

We need to secure a line of credit so we can work with amazon.com, and other online marketing sources.

Everything is in place for this company, but we need someone that can invest $1,000-$3,000 in marketing, and that can secure a line of credit so we can purchase inventory once someone purchases it through dropshipping.

I am offering a 50/50 company split.

thanks for the idea Rossco, my main objective is to sell this company. But it would be worth a lot more having revenue. I am looking for a partner to help build this together.
